State IV-D Directors and their IT Leaders are invited to attend this closed-door technology roundtable on Wednesday, August 14, 2019, from 1–5 p.m. to discuss child support technology in an iterative way. It will be facilitated by former Indiana IV-D Director Cynthia Longest and limited to state programs only. The event will provide a forum for colleagues from around the nation to brainstorm ideas, share lessons learned from systems modernizations, and explore best practices and discuss plans to implement new technology to better serve the child support program. Don’t miss a very valuable opportunity to be part of the “Agile Team” working to solve today’s child support technology challenges!
Registration is limited and all Technology Scrum attendees must be registered for the Leadership Symposium. There is no separate registration fee for the Technology Scrum.
We invite you (or your designated Deputy) and your IT Leader to contact Gillyn Croog (firstname.lastname@example.org) today to register or for more information. More information and a final agenda will be circulated to all attendees in June.
