Room Rates:
Rooms in the NCSEA 2024 Leadership Symposium block are $225/night for single and double occupancy rooms. The hotel block will open with registration on April 29 and will remain open until July 11 or until fully booked; whichever comes first.
Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 15%) in effect at the time of check-out.

BEWARE OF HOUSING PIRATES & POACHERS!
NCSEA does NOT use any third party housing vendors. Room poaching is a practice carried out by third-party companies that act as travel agencies, wholesalers, or destination management companies to solicit attendees and exhibitors for room reservations for association or other organizations meetings. Room poachers may misrepresent themselves as NCSEA’s official housing provider and exhibitors may be contacted by fax, e-mail, or phone with offers for discount housing. The poacher could inform attendee’s and exhibitors that the hotel room block is “sold out,” and that if you do not book with them immediately, you may not get a room.

Detroit Metro Airport (DTW) is an approximate 30 minute drive to the conference venue. Standard airport transportation options are available.
