First and foremost, we want all attendees to feel comfortable at the Leadership Symposium, making decisions in their best interest and safety. This includes the choice to wear a face mask. All attendees should make decisions in their best interest.

Effective July 29, Mecklenburg County has increased its CDC COVID-19 Community Level, found here.   This advisory includes new recommendations.

“Comfort level pins” will be available for attendees at the Registration Desk. These Green, Yellow and Red pins indicate your level of comfort with personal interaction with other attendees. We encourage you to use the pins.

Food buffets will be served by hotel staff, with appropriate safeguards in place, including many pre-packaged and individually served items.

Hand sanitizing stations will be positioned throughout the conference space.
